ENTI FITNESS offers both in-person training and online coaching services, specialising in bespoke training programmes & nutrition coaching packages designed specifically to help you achieve your desired health & fitness results.
Are you a qualified personal trainer?
Yes, I am qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer with a certification in L4 Nutrition.
What happens after I make an enquiry?
You will be contacted via email to arrange a consultation suited to your availability to discuss what ENTI FITNESS has to offer, introduce myself and next steps if you decide to move forward.
Why choose to have a personal trainer?
The advice and support of a personal trainer can be helpful for those with limited experience or confidence in exercising. I have the knowledge and expertise to build an effective workout programme and deliver training to help clients achieve their goals based on sustainable foundations. I’m always on hand for support, motivation and to answer any questions you have during our time together.
Do you need to be at a certain fitness level before having a personal trainer?
There is a misconception that you need an underlying fitness level to work with a PT, but this isn’t the case. I can deliver exercise programmes suitable for all abilities, from those who have never exercised to those with years of experience.
How to get the most out of having a personal trainer?
Being open and honest will help you to get the most out of your training sessions. Being honest about your goals, fitness, diet, the amount of effort you are willing to put in and the types of exercises you enjoy will help to get the best results with a programme that fits your lifestyle.
How do I make a payment?
In-person sessions can purchased in either one-off payments or block bookings per 4 week periods at a time. Online programmes & nutrition coaching can be purchased via the website and will be tailored toward your specific needs.
How will the training be delivered?
Depending on which service you are interested in, a personalised programme will be designed and delivered to you using online personal trainer software. This can be used to keep in regular contact, for motivational prompts and to track macros, metrics, progress photos and more. It is then up to you to guide yourself through workouts with help from the videos and tutorials unless you have purchased an in-person package.
Can the training be performed both at home or in the gym?
You can perform the workout in whichever environment you feel comfortable in. Please communicate your preferences so your programme can be tailored to either a gym or home environment.
Do I need any equipment for the workout?
For best results, it is recommended that clients have access to a small range of dumbbells in different weight categories if performing the exercises at home however, bodyweight can also be just as efficient. Any equipment you have available to you can be incorporated into the programme.
