Whether you prefer to train face-to-face or follow The ENTI Theory online, every programme is designed around your goals, abilities, and preferences — helping you move better, feel better, and live better on your own terms.

Are you a qualified personal trainer?

Yes. I am a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer with additional certification in Level 4 Nutrition Coaching, allowing me to create effective and sustainable programmes that support your goals in both fitness and nutrition.

What happens once I make an enquiry?

All enquiries are made directly through the online booking system, where you can select a consultation time that best suits your schedule. This session is an opportunity for us to talk through your goals, learn more about what ENTI Fitness and The ENTI Theory have to offer, and discuss which programme or approach will be the right fit for you. All consultations are free of charge.

How do I make payment?

Payments are made securely online through the ENTI Fitness booking system.

You can purchase in-person training sessions as single sessions or in 4-week blocks, and online programmes, including The ENTI Theory, can be booked and paid for directly through the same platform.

The ENTI Theory is a 12-week commitment designed to help you create lasting change across all four pillars — Energised, Nourished, Thriving, and Independent. You can choose to pay in full at the start of the programme or spread the cost with monthly payments for added flexibility.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started.

How is the online training delivered?

Once you’ve booked and completed your payment, you’ll receive instant access to your ENTI Fitness online coaching platform. From there, you can view your personalised programme, track your workouts and progress, access nutrition resources, and stay connected through regular check-ins and messages.

If you’ve joined The ENTI Theory, you’ll also unlock each of the four pillars — Energised, Nourished, Thriving, and Independent — with guided videos, downloadable tools, and step-by-step resources to help you move, eat, and live better at your own pace.

Can I train in the gym or at home?

Absolutely. Your plan will be tailored to suit your preferred environment — whether that’s at home, in the gym, or a mix of both. The ENTI Theory and all ENTI Fitness programmes are designed to meet you where you are.
