Health is wealth
The word health is defined by the World Health Organization (1948) as ‘a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.’
Better sleep health
When it comes to a good night’s rest everyone has his or her own theory about how this can be achieved.

Take a break
Since I started up my blog earlier this year I haven’t really taken a break from it. It’s been non stop planning, writing, creating content to ensure I stay consistent and build my platform.
Clear your mind
As someone who has battled with their mental health for years I have tried a few treatments and I have never found any as effective as exercise and practising mindfulness.
Do not disturb
There is no denying technology has aided in making our lives easier and more efficient but has it come at a cost to our sleep health?
No bad days
Normally when I think about my day I tend to have the mindset that either it was a good one or a bad one. I’m sure I’m not the only person who thinks it’s that black and white.
Seasonal affective disorder
In the UK, as the nights draw in quicker and the weather gets colder, both feel as though they can affect your mood and energy levels. You may have heard some refer to this as the ‘winter blues.’
