Don’t sweat it
Throughout my teenage years, I hated doing PE at school. It was a subject I feared most because I cared way too much about how I looked and what other people (especially boys) would think.
The sunshine vitamin
Now that the sun is shining brighter and for longer, as we head into the summer months it’s had me thinking about the benefits of what is often referred to as the “sunshine vitamin.”
